We had been looking at our patio in total despair for over a year. It really needed a proper sort out and our attempts just weren't doing it. We contacted Alan at Get Refreshed. Right from the first call (which was answered professionally) I felt I was in good hands. A home visit was arranged. During the visit, Alan listened to what I wanted and offered advice that was helpful. The next day, a detailed quote arrived along with the process explained. On the day the transformation was remarkable. I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. I never expected that level of change was possible. Alan, arrived on time to provide a quote which we were pleased to accept. On the day of the patio and driveway clean he arrived at the time we had agreed and immediately got to work. Ours was not an easy clean and Alan had to go round several times, revisiting stubborn areas. After a full day on site we were left with an amazingly clean and revitalised patio area and driveway. I would highly recommend this company. I wasn’t sure they would be able to achieve the results they promised, but I was absolutely amazed with the outcome. Alan and Desney worked very diligently to transform my block paved driveway a couple of weeks ago. Throughout the process, they were courteous, friendly and professional and kept me informed about what they were going to do and the timings. Alan recommended to use polymeric sand (which sets solid) between the pavers and this has much improved the appearance of the driveway and stopped the weeds growing between the pavers. Alan was able to successfully remove all the lichen which had been there for years and I had not been able to remove previously with my own powerful jet washer! Alan suggested we re-align some pavers prior to starting the main job (some had sunk and others had been pushed up due to root growth), and this really upgraded the appearance of the driveway. Overall result: a beautiful driveway, completely refurbished and improved 'kerb appeal' for the house. Highly recommend Get Refreshed.
